Have Win XP SP2 beta? Enable concurrent sessions

Now this is cool.  More than one RDP session to a Windows XP SP2 box.  Neat!

  1. Yeah, a lot of info you have there... it involves adding EnableConcurrentSessions to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\Licensing Core] as a DWORD with value 1. You also need to go to gpedit.msc and allow users to login.. or something like that. More information than you gave anyway.

To get it to work in 2082, you need to use 2055's termsrv.dll which you can find in my URL.

  2. Tommy's kind of a jerk, huh?

Notice that thing here below his post? It's called a hy • per • link. We use them on the "World Wide Web" to go to other pages, which are sometimes related to the content that contained the link. Try it out sometime, I'll think you'll find it fun and informative.
